VAT Registered Limited Company Support Service

Your monthly fee starts at £199+VAT as the base rate. For every £100,000 of turnover above £200,000, we add £100+VAT to your monthly fee. For example, if your turnover is £450,000, the calculation is: £199 (base) + £100 (for £100k from £200k-£300k) + £100 (for £100k from £300k-£400k) + £50 (for £50k from £400k-£450k) = £449+VAT per month. We calculate proportionally for turnover between the £100k increments.

Support Service (£199+VAT base) includes everything in Compliance Service (£125+VAT base) PLUS unlimited access to qualified accountants, free bookkeeping software, quarterly financial and tax reviews, proactive tax planning, deadline monitoring, tax reminders, and a dedicated account manager. It's designed for businesses that want hands-on support and strategic guidance, not just compliance.

Unlimited support means you can contact our team of ACCA qualified accountants as often as you need via email, phone, or video call. There are no limits on the number of questions you can ask or the time our accountants spend helping you. Your dedicated account manager will be your main point of contact and will proactively reach out with advice and reminders.

We base your pricing on your projected or actual annual turnover. If your turnover significantly changes during the year (e.g., you grow from £300k to £500k), we'll review and adjust your pricing accordingly during your quarterly reviews to ensure fairness. Your dedicated account manager will discuss any pricing changes with you in advance.

Every quarter, your dedicated account manager will schedule a meeting (virtual or in-person) to review your financial performance, discuss your profit & loss accounts and balance sheet, identify opportunities for tax savings, review your cash flow, and help you plan for the upcoming quarter. These sessions typically last 60-90 minutes and ensure you're always on track with your business goals and tax obligations.

Yes! We provide professional cloud-based bookkeeping software that's fully MTD compliant at no additional cost (normally £30-40/month). The software integrates with your bank accounts, allows you to create invoices, track expenses, and generate financial reports. Your account manager will help you set it up and provide training on how to use it effectively.

Absolutely! You can upgrade from the Compliance Service to the Support Service at any time. Many of our clients start with basic compliance and upgrade as their business grows and they need more hands-on support. The transition is seamless, and your dedicated account manager will be assigned immediately upon upgrading. The same scalable pricing structure applies to both services.
