Limited Company Fees

Your fixed monthly fee covers all standard accounting and taxation services including bookkeeping, annual accounts preparation, Corporation Tax returns, Companies House filing, and unlimited phone and email support. For VAT-registered companies, this also includes quarterly VAT return preparation and Making Tax Digital compliance.

Your fees are unlikely to change unless your business grows significantly and the scope of our work changes. For example, if your turnover increases substantially or you become VAT registered, we may need to adjust the fee to reflect the additional work required. We'll always discuss any changes with you in advance.

All ongoing packages are payable through convenient monthly direct debit. This ensures hassle-free payments and allows you to budget effectively. We'll set up the direct debit mandate once you've chosen your package.

Yes, you can switch packages if your business circumstances change. For example, if you become VAT registered, we can upgrade you to the VAT Registered package. Simply contact us and we'll adjust your package and monthly fee accordingly.

We offer one-off services for businesses that need occasional support rather than ongoing monthly services. This includes catch-up accounts, Corporation Tax filing, VAT return backlogs, and company formation. These are priced on a project basis rather than a monthly subscription. Contact us for a quote.

No! We pride ourselves on transparency. There are no hidden fees or surprise bills. The monthly fee we agree covers all the services in your chosen package. The only exceptions would be for additional services outside the scope of your package, which we would always discuss and agree with you in advance.
